CrossFit 913 is a proven strength and conditioning program dedicated to making you stronger, leaner, and healthier now. Located in South Overland Park.

Whether you’re ready to compete in the CrossFit Games or are just beginning your fitness adventure, you will be screened for a base strength and mobility. This helps our coaches (and you) know what we need to work on to make you a more well rounded athlete.
Once you’ve decided you’re going to win the CrossFit Games, climb Mount Everest, or lose 100 pounds, we will help you come up with a roadmap and a timeline to help you achieve your goals.

Please read our DROP-IN POLICY and Visitor FAQ

  • No first-time athletes, please!  You must have CrossFit experience to drop-in to one of our classes.
  • Our schedule is current and up-to-date – the only blocks available to visitors are “CrossFit” classes and “Open Gym” blocks
  • Click  the “Schedule” buttons to view the schedule, Click the “Register” to sign up for class ahead of time, and register in our system.
  • The cost for your first drop-in class is $20* and only $15 for every subsequent class for the duration of your stay in town – up to1 week!  Please be sure to save your receipt after your initial visit for repeat visits.
  • *T-shirts are $25, but you can get both a shirt AND your first class for only $30.
  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class.
